CGCRC is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete or postage due requests. By redeeming this promotional card, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information contained by CGCRC, together with any information you may subsequently provide to CGCRC, or to any third party, solely for the purposes of processing your request.
